Personal Trainer WARNING SIGNS
Whether your looking for a personal trainer in Boca Raton or not you should at least know some of the warning signs to look for to indicate whether or not the gym and/or trainers are any good.
First thing you should look for is other clients getting the results that you seek!
If you look around and dont see many people using trainers and you also dont see any success stories or before and after photos around you should really question whether on not this is the place for you.
Look for credentials from your trainer.
A good certification does not mean that the trainer is no good but at least make sure they have one!
Be careful with BRAND NEW trainers. Ask how long they have been training people.
Now not all new trainers deserve a bad rap but a lot of times you get a new young trainer still in school that doesnt really consider personal training a real job.
Often times they arent sure what they really want to do when they grow up so they end of canceling your sessions or they are late all the time.
DONT BOTHER!
Find someone that does this as a career and has been doing it for a long time!
Use your gut feeling! – This sounds easy enough but ask yourself whether or not the personal trainer looks and acts professional to you. If anything you see or hear make you question your decision…DONT DO IT!
There are plenty of personal trainers out there and finding the right one can be difficult.
That is the exact reason we review personal training gyms and studios in Boca Raton.

One needs to check all documents when first starting out with a personal trainer. Make sure they have CPR training and Insurance – whether they work in a gym or at your home – they should carry both! And ask how long they have actually had clients. And don’t be worried to ask for a reference. We provide references to every of our clients on all our personal trainers at http://www.get-fit-at-home.com in Boca Raton and Florida.
